Most of the time, I get bullied at either at school or the school bus. I will tell you about today's story.

At school, I was hit by a "cannonball"( A football(soccer) term for a powerfully kicked ball) on my hip. The guy did not say sorry at all.

After school, I had to go to a very small van with a lot of people then be transferred to another bus which also had a lot of people. In the small van, I was bullied by a two 8 year-old school kids. They would bully me almost every time I get on the bus. They also bully other kids like my friends Min Hann and Christina. When I tell them to be quiet while they are irritating me and my friends, they will start hurting me! How they hurt me? Well, they hurt me by:

1. Screaming in my ear

2. Whacking me

3. Sometimes using one of their shoes to hit me.

4. Using their ties to hit me.

and others.

Sometimes, when my friends react, I also get beaten. When my friends and I did not tell them to keep quiet or do anything at all , the to eight year-old school kids will still do the above. Sometimes, while I am leaving the van they would attempt to kick my bottom and hoping that I will hit the rusted metal from the end of the seat which I had to lift up to leave the van ( In the end they succeeded :( ) .

Later, in the bigger bus that was very crammed, I was forced to sit in the back of the bus where there were less people and there was no place to sit in the front of the bus. At the back of the bus is the most dangerous part of the bus because there are a group of bullies at the back of the bus. They would usually torture me by forcing me to sing when I don't want to and forces me to listen to songs over and over and over and over again ( most of their songs was by Lady Gaga ( a famous singer) ) The song I had to listen to the most is called " Paparazzi" Now the song is stuck in my head and the most worst part is the only word that always gets stuck in my head is " Papa....Papa....Paparrazi".

Well, today I had it with the torture. I said: " I don't think that Lady Gaga's songs are really that interesting." Then one of the bullies got angry and scratched my arm. I was also kicked multiple times by all the bullies. My leg was very dirty with shoe prints.

After I returned back from school, I went together with Mama to the first bully's house to talk about the scratching my arm situation. That was later solved by us apologizing to each other and shaking hands : ) I hope that we will be friends from tommorow onwards.

After that I followed Mama to KMP. I had some work to do earlier. It is already completed.

I have included a picture of my scratched arm.

Hope you enjoy my blog! :)
I woke up quite early this morning to go to Lam Rim class with Mama and Auntie Susan.

My favorite part of today's Lam Rim class was when Teacher Ngeow was talking about who are fans of Setrap ( the Dharma Protector of Gaden Monastery and Kechara House). I said I was a fan of Tsongkhapa (Tsongkhapa is a three-in-one Buddha because it has the wisdom of Manjushri( the Buddha of wisdom), the compassion of Chenrezig ( the Buddha of compassion ) and the power of Vajrapani ( the Buddha who can protect you from evil force and so forth). Where was I? Oh, yes. After that, Teacher Ngeow asked what kind of shoes does Setrap wear. Later, the answer turned out to be leather ( but later Mama mentioned that it was actually tiger skin). Teacher Ngeow made a wonderful reference to a story about a man who actually wanted to place leather all over the world so that no one's feet will be hurt whilst walking on the rough ground but later he decided to leather his own feet then he will not feel the pain from the rough ground. The moral : When we want to change the world , WE MUST CHANGE OURSELVES FIRST.

After that, I had a nice Japanese lunch that consists of Teriyaki Chicken, rice, miso soup, soft shell crab and many other stuff.

After lunch, I went to Manjushri Kids class ( MKC) . We finished watching the video about animal liberation ( setting free animals ) . I think that by setting free all the animals will be saving them from slaughter. Teacher Gim Lee said that when we do it, others will follow, then all the animals will be saved. When she said that, I actually thought that maybe that's how the story of the man who wanted to leather the whole world but then decided to leather his feet, thus creating "shoes", and now, everyone has already "placed leather on their feet" The moral : When we change ourselves, WE WILL CHANGE OTHERS TOO.

After MKC, we ( Mama, Auntie Susan and I ) , went to the new Tsem Ladrang for H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche. The house was so cool. We also managed to see Rinpoche's room where I will not be able to go into after the renovations are finished.

After reaching home, we rested for awhile. After that, we ( Mama, Auntie Susan, Auntie Hanah, Uncle Tom and I) took off to go to a very far place to see fireflies. The place was a swamp. Mama, Auntie Susan and I sat on the same Sampan ( a Malay word for a rowboat) to see the fireflies. At first, I was scared as it was total darkness and I thought that there were crocodiles in the swamp because my friend said that there were a lot of crocs there.

Just at that point, I conquered many fears, First, my fear of being on a boat, Second, my fear of crocs, Third, my fear of darkness.

Later, we went for dinner at a seafood restaurant where there were a lot of bugs. Some of the bugs went into the food and drinks. A lot of the bugs went on me!

After a long trip back to home, I finally reached home at started writing today's blog.

Hope you like it :)
Today, I went to a birthday party at my friend , Thian Zhang Ming, house. She lives in a pent house. It is a very beautiful house.

I shall start at the beginning of the day, I woke up and an hour later me and Mama left to go to a Hyundai Service Center because my other friend , Zachary Lee-Vincent, will pick me up from the Hyundai Service Center and send me to his house whereas later i will going to Zhang Ming's birthday party.

At Zachary's House, I just played with his PSP( Play Station Portable) and played chess with him.

After that we took of to go to Zhang Ming's party.

Upon arriving there, we started to have some lunch of fried chicken, french fries and sushi .
When we planned to go swimming then it rained. After it rained, we swam in the swimming pool.

After swimming, we went back upstairs beacause it started to rain again.

Upstairs, Zhang Ming and a few more of our friends brought in some Domino's Pizza.

Later, when the day was getting darker, we went outside to light some candles. After that, an Indian uncle came and gave us some fireworks and we started to play with fireworks. I wonder, are fireworks legal in Malaysia? :)

At 9.45 p.m. Zachary and I left the party and they dropped me back to my house :)

That's the end of the party :)
On 9/10/09 at 11 p.m.(Friday), Mama, Aunty Jamie and I started our car trip to Penang. We reached Penang at 2 or 3 a.m. the next day.

We stayed one night at my Uncle Stuart's apartment. After having a light breakfast (a sandwich), I showered and waited for my Mama to wake up.

After that we went to Ah Kong (my grandfather) and Por Por (my grandmother)'s house to have a very nice lunch.

After lunch, Mama, Aunty Jamie and I went to Kechara Paradise Penang (KP Penang) to have a book club of KMP's latest books (Peace, If Not Now When? (peace edition, Who's Who? and many others). I was in-charge of taking photos.

Later, we returned back to Kuala Lumpur (KL).

That is the end of the Penang Trip :)
Anger is bad. It is bad because it can hurt oneself and others. That is why parents totally dislike kids who have bad tempers.

When I got angry in school for being lied to and kicked out of the school soccer team by the soccer teammates, I was scolded by the teacher because I acted out of anger and did not think about what i was doing. Later, I understood that anger only leads to trouble. The first thing is thought while i was being scolded was : " but they did not let me in and they put a horribly weak person on the team instead of me." Later after thinking about it, I thought :" well, maybe it is because he(the weak player) really wants to play and the other teammates are his friends." But then I feel as if i am blaming the weak player. Finally after deep thought: " I thought that well, the other people who was not on the team were not angry so why should I be angry. Making myself feel angry will make myself feel unhappy." After that my anger decreased.

There are many ways anger can come about, some of them are : embarrassment, insults and others. There are also many ways to remove anger ( but this can also be done while being stressed out ):
1. Take Deep Breaths.
2. Before feeling like you are going to explode, count to 20.
3. Read a book.
4. Think of music ( Beethoven, Mozart, slow songs basically)
5. Go to somewhere quiet and cry out the anger ( It actually works )
6. Talk to a Psychiatrist or school counselor
7. Talk to your teachers or parents
8. Chanting Mantras. ( Example: Om Mani Padme Hum or Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha etc.)

If you want to know how to not to make yourself unhappy then I recommend a few books. The books are published by Kechara Media and Publications (KMP). Information about KMP will be written at the bottom of the blog. The books I recommend are:
1. Why I make myself unhappy
2. Peace
3. If not now, when?
4. If not now, when?( Peace Edition )
5. Peace (Chinese)
6. Compassion Conquers All

Today, the whole Standard 6 of SJK(C) Kuen Cheng (2) (including me) visited Kuen Cheng High School.

When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the counseling teacher and was shown a short presentation and a few short clips regarding the 100 years that Kuen Cheng schools existed. Did you know that Kuen Cheng was one of only few schools that were still teaching students during world war II?The presentation also mentioned that if I take part of a certain activity (regarding computers) I could actually receive some sort of Diploma for ICCT.

After That, we were given a small tour around the school. We went into the computer classroom. The computers were "Acer" brand computers. The computer room does have internet. That means on your free time (Recess, End of School Day) you can surf the net (one of my favourite things).

After that we went to the other classrooms to look from the outside as they were studying inside.

Later, we were shown to the dormitory( From now onwards i will refer it to as "dorms" ). The dorms currently is mostly for girls but by next year guys can use the dorms as well. There are two different types of dorms . The first type where there is not an air-conditioned dorm for a price around RM140-199. Whereas the air-conditioned dorms will be RM202. The school has two canteens (one below the dorms, the other below the ground.)

Later, we returned back to the computer room to be given a short presentation of what am we are going to do in the computer class next year (even though some kids prefer to go to government schools, private schools (Sri K.D.U., Chempaka etc.). The classes for the computer class as seen in the presentation included: Photoshop, Windows Moviemaker, How to make animations, How to make toothpaste boxes etc.

Last but not least, we went back to the main hall and had a light snack then we marched back into our buses and returned back to the building of SJK(C) Kuen Cheng (2).

Hope everyone likes this report and maybe can come and enroll in this school :)
Permanent Happiness means free from whatever suffering forever. In Buddhist terms it means " enlightenment". Enlightenment is liberation from suffering. Buddha Shakyamuni's enlightenment as stated in wikipedia (the link for Buddha Shakyamuni's life story in wikipedia is : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gautama_Buddha) is the following:

After asceticism and concentrating on meditation and Anapana-sati (awareness of breathing in and out), Siddhartha is said to have discovered what Buddhists call the Middle Way—a path of moderation away from the extremes of self-indulgence and self-mortification. He accepted a little milk and rice pudding from a village girl named Sujata, who wrongly believed him to be the spirit that had granted her a wish, such was his emaciated appearance. Then, sitting under a pipal tree, now known as the Bodhi tree in Bodh Gaya, India, he vowed never to arise until he had found the Truth. Kaundinya and the other four companions, believing that he had abandoned his search and become undisciplined, left. After 49 days meditating, at the age of 35, he attained Enlightenment; according to some traditions, this occurred approximately in the fifth lunar month, and according to others in the twelfth. Gautama, from then on, was known as the Buddha or "Awakened One." Buddha is also sometimes translated as "The Enlightened One." Often, he is referred to in Buddhism as Shakyamuni Buddha or "The Awakened One of the Shakya Clan."

At this point, he is believed to have realized complete awakening and insight into the nature and cause of human suffering which was ignorance, along with steps necessary to eliminate it. This was then categorized into 'Four Noble Truths'; the state of supreme liberation—possible for any being—was called Nirvana. He then allegedly came to possess the Nine Characteristics, which are said to belong to every Buddha.

According to one of the stories in the Āyācana Sutta (Samyutta Nikaya VI.1), a scripture found in the Pāli and other canons, immediately after his Enlightenment, the Buddha was wondering whether or not he should teach the Dharma to human beings. He was concerned that, as human beings were overpowered by greed, hatred and delusion, they would not be able to see the true dharma, which was subtle, deep and hard to understand. However, Brahmā Sahampati, interceded and asked that he teach the dharma to the world, as "there will be those who will understand the Dharma". With his great compassion to all beings in the universe, the Buddha agreed to become a teacher.

Permanent Happiness a.k.a Enlightenment can also mean the feeling after you find the truth. The truth is the four noble truths (as stated in wikipedia):

1.The Nature of Suffering

2.Suffering's Origin

3.Suffering's Cessation

4.The Way Leading to the Cessation of Suffering
